I am Alexia Cassinadri, founder of Alpina Home Finder and a real estate agent specializing in assisting buyers in Haute-Savoie, Savoie, and the Pays de Gex.
Real estate is, above all, a family affair.
My parents were real estate agents, property managers, and executives at several agencies in the Mont Blanc Valley and the Arve Valley. I grew up surrounded by property viewings, conversations with clients, market analyses, and important decisions, the kind that shape a person’s life, wealth, and future.
Very early on, I learned that behind every property there is a project.
That real estate is not just a simple transaction, but a life-changing decision, often fraught with emotion, that deserves time, a systematic approach, and sincere commitment.
This hands-on approach, passed down to me and practiced every day, shapes my approach today.

Since 2020, I have been helping families and international professionals settle in Haute-Savoie, in both French and English.
As I worked on various projects, one thing became clear: my clients needed more in-depth guidance to ensure a secure purchase of their property in a complex, competitive, and sometimes opaque market.
It was in this spirit that Alpina Home Finder was created: an independent real estate search service dedicated to homebuyers, designed to provide clarity, structure, and peace of mind at every stage of the purchase process, including for projects conducted remotely.
This dual expertise now enables me to support complex procurement projects, often remotely, with a comprehensive perspective.

Are you independent of real estate agencies?

Do you provide support for remote projects and expatriates?
Yes. A significant portion of our work involves remote projects conducted in French and English.
Do you work exclusively with off-market properties?

Do you only assist up until the signing at the notary's office?
Our real estate search support covers the entire purchasing process through to the signing of the contract.
Depending on your needs, this can be extended to include relocation services to help you settle in.
How do your fees work?
Our fees are based on a clear and transparent fee schedule, as part of the search mandate.
In some cases, a fee-sharing arrangement with the selling agency may be established, reducing the amount payable by the buyer, without ever influencing our recommendations.
