How are our fees calculated?
Fees are calculated based on the seller's net purchase price, as accepted by the buyer, excluding notary fees and any real estate agent fees.

Are you independent of real estate agencies?

Our recommendations are therefore completely objective.
Do you provide support for remote projects and expatriates?
Yes. A significant portion of our work involves remote projects conducted in French and English.
Do you work exclusively with off-market properties?
No. We select properties based on their actual relevance, whether they are widely known or more discreet.
Do you only assist up until the signing at the notary's office?
Our real estate search support covers the entire purchasing process through to the signing of the contract.
Depending on your needs, this can be extended to include relocation services to help you settle in.
How do your fees work?
Our fees are based on a clear and transparent fee schedule, as part of the search mandate.
In some cases, a fee-sharing arrangement with the selling agency may be established, reducing the amount payable by the buyer, without ever influencing our recommendations.
